Heroes game confirmed, Ubisoft at the helm

Just one day after Hollywood trade-mag Variety reported that Ubisoft's licensed Heroes game would be revealed this weekend (at a little party called Comic-Con) another, uh, Hollywood trade-mag - this time The Hollywood Reporter - seal the deal, reporting the game should hit next-gen consoles and PC as early as late 2008.

And so, Ubisoft adds Heroes to their stable, continuing their aggressive push for popular licensed content after confirming Lost back in April and James Cameron's Avatar on Tuesday. Now, we patiently wait to see how they adapt the talky superhero mystery into a compelling gaming experience.
